FONTANA MIDDLE SCHOOL Parent / Student Shadowing Agreement

* Do not interrupt instruction by speaking to the teacher, correcting the student, or addressing other students during class time.

*Do not provide academic assistance (answers, prompts, reminders, or redirection) to your child during lessons, assessments, or independent work.

*Do not discipline, correct, or coach your child in front of peers or staff while on campus; all concerns should be addressed privately with administration.

*Do not engage with other students socially, behaviorally, or academically unless explicitly directed by staff.

*Do not question, challenge, or evaluate staff decisions during class time or in front of students. Follow school protocols for concerns.

*Do not use cell phones, record video/audio, or take photos in classrooms or on campus unless explicitly authorized by administration.

*Do not move independently around campus or enter classrooms, offices, or restricted areas without staff direction.

*Do not discuss confidential information about students, staff, or school matters while on campus.
